After years in leadership and business management, Cheston wanted to bring a more personal, honest approach to home care services in Hawai‘i. With the support of his wife, Sheryl, and daughter, Breanna, HiFluid Rejuvenation was born, a company grounded in family values, community connection, and long-term trust.

Cheston — Owner & Operator
Cheston brings 31 years of experience in sales, business management, and leadership to HiFluid Rejuvenation. He’s held executive roles such as Finance Director and West Regional Digital Sales Director, earning recognition as the #1 top manager nationwide for seven consecutive years. Today, he applies that experience to helping homeowners protect their roofs with honest advice, hands-on oversight, and practical solutions. Cheston ensures every service is delivered with care, integrity, and respect for both homes and the environment.
Breanna — General Manager
Breanna holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Chaminade University, where she also played on the women’s soccer team. She brings over three years of property management experience with a well-known national company and joined the family business part-time in 2025 while continuing as a full-time property manager. Breanna manages operations with precision and empathy, while overseeing and analyzing the overall health of the company to drive strong performance and sustainable growth. She is passionate about educating clients on proper roof care while keeping every project efficient, reliable, and customer-focused.
Sheryl — Administrator
Sheryl, Cheston’s wife, brings a nurturing and detail-oriented approach from her nursing background to the daily operations of the company. She coordinates scheduling, follows up with homeowners, and makes sure every interaction is warm and professional. Sheryl’s dedication ensures that homeowners feel heard, valued, and supported throughout every step of their roof care journey.
Lloyd — Lead Roof Technician
Lloyd leads our field crew with years of hands-on roof maintenance and repair experience. He ensures that every roof is treated with care, precision, and respect for the home and property. His dedication to quality workmanship and safe practices means homeowners can trust their roof is in capable hands. Lloyd also mentors the team to maintain consistent standards across every project.
Brennen — Technician Assistant
Brennen served in the U.S. Air Force from 2017 to 2021, bringing discipline, reliability, and a strong work ethic to every job. He assists wherever needed on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Brennen is also furthering his education through the GI Bill, exemplifying our team’s commitment to growth, responsibility, and service to the community.
